  • Tap Clear Cache at the bottom.

This will delete temporary files that may be causing the app to crash or show a grey screen, don’t worry, your data won’t be affected.

Step 4: Reopen and Log In


After clearing the cache, open the Attendezz app again.

  • You’ll now see the Login Screen (like the image above).
  • Enter your Email and Password, then tap Log In.

If everything was done correctly, the app should now work smoothly without crashing or showing a grey screen.
