an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.

  1. About the Service
    The QR Attendance App is designed to help organizations manage employee attendance through
    secure daily QR code scanning.
    The platform allows administrators to:
    Create organization accounts.
    Register employees.
    Monitor attendance.
    Export attendance reports in XLSX format.
    Activate or deactivate employee accounts.
    Employees can:
    Sign in using the credentials provided by their administrator.
    Mark attendance by scanning the daily QR code.
    View their own attendance history.
  2. User Responsibilities
    Users agree to:
    Provide accurate information.
    Keep login credentials secure.
    Use the application only for legitimate attendance purposes.
    Follow all applicable laws and workplace policies.
    Employees must not attempt to access another employee’s account or attendance information.
  3. Administrator Responsibilities
    Administrators are responsible for:
    Maintaining accurate employee information.
    Protecting employee login credentials until they are assigned.
    Managing employee access.
    Ensuring attendance records are used appropriately.
  4. QR Attendance
    Each QR code is generated uniquely for the applicable attendance period.
    Users must not:
    Copy or misuse QR codes.
    Attempt to manipulate attendance records.
    Use unauthorized methods to record attendance.
    Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination.
  5. Account Suspension
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
    Violate these Terms.
    Attempt unauthorized access.
    Misuse the attendance system.
    Interfere with the normal operation of the service.
    Administrators may also deactivate employee accounts within their organization.
  6. Data Accuracy
    The application records attendance based on successful QR scans and the information provided
    by the organization.
    Organizations are responsible for verifying attendance records before using them for payroll or
    other employment decisions.
  7. Intellectual Property
    The application, including its software, design, logos, and related content, remains the property
    of its owners.
    Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the
    application without written permission.
  8. Service Availability
    We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
    Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect
    access to the application.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or
    consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
    Organizations remain responsible for employment decisions based on attendance records.
  10. Changes to the Terms
    We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after
    changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
